Oksana Dzivak
Graduated in M.A. Education, Oksana is currently leading the Business Continuity Management Systems team, as well as forming part of a Cyber Security pillar at Tuning Fork Advisory. She's an IRCA / PECB qualified Lead Auditor in multiple ISO standards. Using her vast experience as implementer and auditor, Oksana assists various companies in the management of the Business Continuity, Information Security, Quality, Environment, and other management systems and relative evaluation of compliance.
Matthew Demicoli
A scientist by profession, who later pursued an MBA from Heriott-Watt Univerity - Matthew has implemented a diverse range of management systems and represented the internal audit function of various organisations within different sectors. He holds various certifications such as Lead Auditor in ISO27001:2013, ISO900:2015, ISO14001:2015, Lead Implementor ISO27001:2013, CISA and PECB trainer. His passion revolves around compliance and tech aspects specifically in the cyber security field where he provided advisory in the risk, compliance and governance regimes.
Renata Ziber
BSc Environmental engineer, graduated in Hungary, Renata has been studying and working in Health & Safety for the last 4 years, from which she has spent almost 3 years deployed as a resident EHS Officer at D3 Power Generation at Delimara. She is currently studying for her Occupational Health & Safety Diploma and the Oil & Gas Technical Certificate with NEBOSH.
Jeanine Sladden
Jeanine - MBA (LSBF) & BSc (Hons) Biology and Chemistry. She has around 10 years of marketing and sales experience particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Tuning Fork, Jeanine worked as an executive coach and trainer with Bayer Pharmaceuticals in London. She's a social butterfly and loves to have a good laugh. When she isn’t working she loves spending time with friends and family, particularly her little princess Emilia.
James Sammut
James is a Director, co-owner and Senior Partner at Tuning Fork. He is an advocate of true customer focus and embraces ongoing retraining to maintain meaningful knowledge. With 30 years of work experience, James held various senior managerial roles in the manufacturing and services sectors and clocked over 22,000 advisory and auditing hours since 2008. James is a warranted engineer, graduating from the University of Malta in 1995 and completed his MBA from Henley Business School in 2012. Reading, walking, Melitensia and music take up his free time.
Manuele Vagnoli
Graduated in Environmental Engineering from La Sapienza in Rome, Manuele is now adapting his problem-solving skills to Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, Energy and Business Intelligence - having taken care helped extensive organization in re-engineering their processes in order to achieve more efficient, sustainable and digitally intelligent systems. He’s an IRCA qualified lead auditor in ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2015 and 50002:2014.
Colette Konietzny
A geographer at heart, Colette graduated with an MSc in Environmental Protection and Management from the University of Edinburgh. She subsequently worked in waste management before joining the TFA team. Colette has taken care of the EHS for clients such as Medichem and The General Soft Drinks, as well as ISO 14001 implementation for others. Colette is a IRCA qualified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015.
James Azzopardi Meli
Graduated in his M.A. in Arts, Festivals and Cultural Management from QMU Edinburgh, James is now adapting his management training to Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety. He has taken care of the EHS for companies such as Carlo Gavazzi, The General Soft Drinks, and Pamargan. He’s an IRCA qualified lead auditor in ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015, and is recently studying for his NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
Benjamin Zerafa
Graduated in Biology and Chemistry (B.Sc with Hons) specialising in M.Sc in pathology from the University of Stirling (Scotland); Benjamin is a scientist with 10 years’ experience in various industries moving from lecturing, research and development, and production, to people management and business advisory. He’s now focused on Training Needs Analysis, Business Operational Review, Lean management, GDPR and Food Safety. He’s an IRCA qualified Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Joseph Caruana
Joseph, B. Mech. Eng. (Hons.) MBA (Bru), is the founder of Tuning Fork. He has forty years’ work experience in industry, progressing from highly technical positions (Sulzer Escher-Wyss, Air Malta), to C-Level positions at Toly products Ltd., MGC Electronics Ltd., Marsovin Ltd., FXB Ltd., Inspectra Ltd., Tuning Fork Ltd. and Mater Dei Hospital. He also sits on the Board of Directors of various industry leaders.
Maria Varga
Maria holds a BSc in Economics and Management and MSc in Corp. Governance and Strategy. Her diverse work experience allows her to bring the best work practices to custom fit the needs of her clients, whom she has helped with the implementation of various management systems (Quality, Information Security, Environment, Health and Safety). With a focus on Lean Management and Six Sigma, she is now dedicated to help companies realise their potential and improve their way of working.
