About the course
The Malta Gaming Authority Course is designed for professionals in the iGaming, online gambling industry who work in compliance to gain an understanding of the Malta Gaming Authority’s main compliance requirements. Throughout the course, we will review the most recent gaming regulatory legislation in Malta and will list all compliance-related matters that are required for gaming companies to remain compliant and maintain their MGA license.

Learning Outcomes
The course provides a high-level overview of MGA compliance requirements, and students should gain an understanding of the following by the end of the course:
- An overview of the structure of the Malta Gaming Authority.
- An overview of the regulatory framework under which licensees operate.
- The licensing structure.
- A summary of all B2B or B2C compliance requirements including technical setup, essential components, games, game verticals, information and reporting requirements, key function requirements, systems audit reviews, compliance audit reviews, required documentation and the MGA operator portal.

Tutor
Mr. Andrew Naudi will be the tutor for this course. Andrew is a director at Getgovernanz and a Nouv partner (www.nouv.com.mt). Andrew previously worked as CIO for the Malta Gaming Authority. He has extensive experience in gaming compliance matters with the MGA, having assisted a number of operators in obtaining their license in Malta as well as fulfilling key compliance functions.
